Clinical Governance Committee: supports the Board in its oversight of clinical governance across all the products and services of the organisation ensuring that practices meet current guidelines under the NSW Clinical Governance Framework.
Honours and Awards Committee: Supports the Board in recommending the award of commendations, medals and prizes to members of St John NSW, external organisations and to members of the community. In addition, the Committee facilitates the process for admissions to, and promotion within, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem (the Order).
Audit, Risk and Investment: Supports the Board in fulfilling its statutory and corporate governance responsibilities in the areas of financial reporting, risk management and investment strategy. Through its Audit, Risk & Investment Committee, the Board oversees the establishment and implementation of St John NSW’s risk appetite and management system.
